We're now accepting new material for possible inclusion for our 40th anniversary compilation—Rock 'n' Roll Reparations, Volume 5. The theme of which is "Black Resilience."

We're seeking fully-produced and mastered songs, written or co-written and owned by Black artists, that will fit well within the Rock 'n' Roll Reparations series and contribute a strong voice among other progressive artists of color.

You can submit up to two songs but, if your work is selected, only one will make the compilation. Please make sure all uploads are properly labeled with your name.

Agreement & Membership

The Black Rock Coalition, Inc. (BRC) is compiling a multi-artist album with free digital (and physical) distribution to the public. Because this compilation will not be sold and no money will be made from it, there will be no advance or royalties paid. Bands will retain all rights to their music, granting BRC the non-exclusive right to include it with this release. All songs must be solely owned by the people submitting them, unless other licenses have been arranged and can be transferred. Song selection will be decided by the BRC executive board and a select panel of judges on or after October 20, 2025.
